The short version
- Upload only what you have the right to print and sell.
- No illegal, hateful, violent or deceptive content, and no counterfeit or look-alike products.
- Do not attack, overload or bulk-scrape the service.
- If you find something wrong, tell us. We act on credible reports.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything you upload, create or send with Linx, to how you use the Service, and to content that shoppers add to a personalizer on your store. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Content that is not allowed
- Anything that infringes someone else’s rights: copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and people’s rights in their name, image or privacy. That includes brand logos, sports teams, licensed characters, celebrities’ names or faces, and fonts or artwork you have no license for.
- Counterfeits and designs that imitate a brand to mislead buyers.
- Anything illegal where you or your customers live.
- Hate: content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, and symbols of hate groups.
- Violence and harm: threats, glorification of violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Sexual content: sexually explicit content, any sexual content involving minors (which we report to the authorities), and intimate images shared without consent.
- Other people’s personal data and photos of people used without the consent or lawful reason you need.
- Deception: impersonation, scams, phishing and misleading claims, such as false health claims.
- Malware or anything made to damage devices or data.
How you may use the Service
- Do not try to get around limits, security or access controls. Do not test the Service’s security without our written permission; report a vulnerability to us instead.
- Do not overload the Service, and do not run automated tools against it beyond what the API allows. Do not scrape the public design library in bulk.
- Do not resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Do not use another person’s account, hide who you are, or create accounts to avoid a suspension.
- Do not use the connection for AI assistants to do any of the above, or to produce content that breaks this policy in bulk.
Stores and shoppers
If you embed Linx in a store, you are responsible for what shoppers can upload. Use the settings available to you, for example by allowing only the uploads you need, and act on reports about your store’s content. We may block an image or a store’s uploads, and remove files, to stop abuse.
Reporting a problem
To report content or behavior that breaks this policy, use the contact form and choose “Report content or copyright”. Tell us where it is (the page address or the account), what is wrong, and how we can reach you.
We review credible reports as quickly as we can and may ask you for more information. We may share your report, including your name, with the person responsible when the law requires it or when it is needed to resolve the matter.
Copyright and trademark complaints
If you believe something on Linx infringes your copyright or trademark, send us a report that includes:
- who you are and how we can contact you;
- what is protected (the work or the mark) and where the use is: the address of the page or the account;
- why you believe the use is not authorized;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
We may remove or disable the content and tell the person who uploaded it. They may answer with a counter-notice explaining why they have the right to use it. We may restore content if the complaint is withdrawn or the dispute is settled in the uploader’s favor. We may end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
What we may do
If something breaks this policy we may, depending on how serious it is, remove content, disable a design or a link, limit or suspend an account, or end it. We may report illegal content to the authorities. We try to explain our decisions, but we may act first when there is a risk of harm. You can ask us to review a decision by contacting us.
We have no duty to monitor content, and not acting on something is not permission for it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
